Warranty Information
All power tools come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. We strongly recommend registering your tools directly with the manufacturer to extend this to up to 3 years.
Please note:

Most manufacturers operate through approved service agents. Taking your tool directly to one of these agents with your proof of purchase can often speed up the process.

Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase.

If you're not located near an authorised agent, many manufacturers offer collection services.

Please be aware that:

Misuse or repairs carried out by non-authorised agents will void the warranty.

Tools sent for repair are typically serviced, not replaced.

A loan tool service is not available during repairs.

Items are only dispatched once payments have fully cleared.
Shipping
Shipping costs listed apply to mainland UK only. For other regions or international shipping, please contact us for a quotation.

Items under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 48hr and 24hr Tracked and require a signature.

If delivery is missed, a calling card will be left. Uncollected items are returned to us after 5 days and may take 10–15 days to be received. A redelivery fee will apply.

Items over 2kg are dispatched via Parcel Force.

Couriers require a signature on delivery and will attempt delivery twice.

A third delivery and any further attempts may incur additional charges unless collected from the depot.

A calling card will be left, and the second attempt is made automatically the following working day unless rescheduled by the customer.

To avoid delays:

Provide a contact telephone number or an email address for delivery coordination.

Ensure delivery is to an address where someone is available to sign.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are as follows:

UK: typically within 24–48 hours from dispatch.

Europe: typically within 2–5 working days, depending on the destination.
Returns

Items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival can be returned for a refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded via the original payment method.

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund (excluding postage costs of £2.74), provided they are unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be applied a maximum of 2 days after goods are returned.
